- All children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times.
- No shoes are allowed inside the play area (Heels, Sport shoes, sandals, etc.)
- Socks are required at all times.
- No diving or throwing balls outside of the ball pit.
- No food, candy, gum, or beverages allowed.
- No equipment should removed from play area.
- No children over the age of 5 years allowed in the play area.
- No pets, toys, or sharp objects allowed inside the play area
- Please ensure that there are not too many children in play are.
- Please ensure that no child who is feeling unwell uses the play area.
What Is Soft Play?
Soft play is a specially designed indoor or outdoor play area created right in the comfort of your home or private event space. Our equipment is crafted entirely from soft, safe materials, making it perfect for toddlers to enjoy without worry.
At Little Bambi’s At Play, we create a fun-filled and hygienic environment for children up to 5 years old. And the best part? You won't have to chase after your little one all party long—you’ll get to sit back and savor every moment too!
Can you create any theme?
Absolutely! We can bring any theme or color combination to life. Just share your vision with us—we believe in vibrant, fun setups that toddlers adore. Our colorful configurations, including our popular Bambi theme, are designed to create those Pinterest-perfect moments while ensuring a playful atmosphere.
What are the next steps to book?
- Submit Our Inquiry Form Fill out the form to receive your guaranteed quote.
- Secure Your Reservation A $100 security deposit is required to hold your date and cover any potential equipment damages.This deposit will be refunded on the day of the event at pick-up after a satisfactory inspection.
What happens after I submit my booking inquiry?
You will now receive email or text explaining if your date is available and an invoice. We require a $100 security deposit in order to guarantee your date. Your date is not confirmed until we receive your deposit payment. We cant hold your invoice longer than 24 hrs from sending invoice.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date! we recommend reserving your date as soon as you're ready. Weekend availability fill up fast, Saturday being our most popular date.
Do you set up outdoors?
Yes, we provide both indoor and outdoor setups, as long as weather and ground conditions are favorable. For outdoor events, a shaded area—such as a canopy tent or pavilion—is essential to keep equipment cool. If temperatures exceed 85°F, a tent is required (available for rent at an additional charge).
When is the payment due?
The invoice must be paid in full 4 days prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Little Bambi’s At Play will allow you to reschedule a reservation up to 24 hours before your event for any reason. We do not offer refunds, however we do offer credits for cancellations made by email at least 24 hours before the event. We will reschedule your event within one year of the original event date.

What is your delivery policy?
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery within a 20-mile radius. Beyond this area, a delivery fee will apply, which is calculated based on the distance and the specific services requested.
We proudly deliver to all of North Central Florida, surrounding cities, and Jacksonville. Rest assured, we will provide you with a transparent and detailed quote at the time of your booking.
What is your weather policy?
In the event that inclement weather delays setup, we will work with you to identify alternative solutions. If using an indoor space is not an option, we will make every effort to reschedule the event for a mutually convenient date.
What types of venues do you work with?
We work with a wide range of venues including hotels, private venues, your home, outdoor spaces, and more. If you plan to set up at a park, you must contact the park in advance to determine their requirements.
How often is your equipment cleaned?
All of our equipment, including every ball pit, floor mat, bouncer, and block is sanitized before and after each use. we use a hospital grade cleaner that kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, mold, fungi and germs.
How long does set up take?
We typically arrive 2 hours before the event to set up. Delivery time varies based on order size, location, and our schedule. Residential deliveries take about one to 1. 5 hours, not included in your reserved time. Please ensure the space is ready by 9:00 AM and provide easy access for unloading. Notify us at booking of any restrictions (e.g., parking, elevator, stairs, gate code) to avoid delays, extra fees, or cancellation.
What is your policy for damaged products?
Per the Rental Agreement signed at the time of booking The Customer/Renter agrees to replace missing or damaged equipment within 3 days of invoicing. If payment is delayed, additional fees may be incurred due to loss of business. Please refer to Little Bambi’s Rental Agreement.
Disclaimer
Please note that all persons using the equipment do so at their own risk. The person hiring the equipment will be responsible and liable for any damage or injury occurring from misuse or reckless use of our equipment. These rules are for the safety of everyone using this equipment, and it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all rules are followed at all times. Little Bambi’s At Play cannot accept responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. It is important to read our Waiver of Liability agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as mentioned above. Please be aware that while our equipment is in your care, you are fully responsible for the equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this includes the equipment being returned in an unacceptable condition (Damaged or dirty condition,stains, holes, rips etc.) If in any case this occurs, the client will be held fully responsible to pay all damages, thank you.
